This 15,000 SF Mall at The Simi Valley Town Center boasts 9 retail, professional office and restaurant suites. We designed this commercial building to hide all of the unsightly Mechanical Air system units within the dramatic false towers. This unique design feature allowed the entire main flat roof area to be equipped with over 250 completely hidden solar panels. The large amount of solar panels could produce enough electricity to power 7 homes. Proving that innovative design can solve many issues which plague the aesthetics and energy efficiency of many commercial buildings.
