This 2,416-square-foot rebuild in the Chatsworth Hills restores a home damaged by water and termite deterioration while deepening its connection to the natural landscape around it. The redesign introduces a refined layout with a thoughtfully added hallway that improves flow and livability throughout. New Class A fire-rated materials bring the home up to modern safety standards, offering lasting peace of mind in a fire-prone region. Throughout the process, care was taken to preserve the mature oak trees on site, honoring the character of the land and ensuring the renewed home feels rooted in its surroundings.
