Tarzana Mexican Hacienda
Addition / Remodel
Complete
This 6,800 SF project was a major addition and remodel, transforming the original structure - of which only 40 linear feet remained - into an authentic Mexican villa. Every detail was carefully curates with fixtures, doors, precast downspouts, rain gutters, fountains and over 16,000 SF of Mexican paver titles sourced directly from Mexico. Architectural highlights include a soaring groin-vaulted ceiling, a barrel-arched brick foyer, and a triple barrel-arched dining room ceiling, all contributing to the home's rich, traditional character.
